had a writing competition after
they went to this naturepark. Here are the winners!
3rd Prize
We went to the Bimbimbie Nature
Park yesterday. We enjoyed talking about Australian animals
on the way. When we arrived there, it was raining but soon the
sun was shinning when we saw animals. It was very a beautiful
day. We patted and fed some animals and took our pictures with
animals. After seeing we had a barbecue party. It was wonderful
lunch. For the last time we were playing a soccer and were throwing
a frisbee until we came back to school. We had a nice day!

2nd Prize
It was the first time
we went to the park. The park was very big. I looked about at
many trees and birds. We had coffee time in the park. There was
a big lake in the middle of the park with some ducks. They were
swimming on the lake. We ate some biscuits and drank some tea
and coffee.
 After
coffee time, we went to the supermarket. We bought some beef,
some mutton, pork, some chicken wings and some fruit etc. we would
have BBQ. We finished shopping. We followed a well-beaten path
through the flowers bed and some trees. What a beautiful sight
it was! I really liked pretty Melbourne.
At 12 o'clock, we saw the
animals. Some kangaroos were jumping on the green. We gave some
bread to the kangaroos. It had a baby in the bag. Some beautiful
birds were walking. We saw a cute wombat. Some body patted the
wombats. We took a photograph with my class. Some lambs were singing
a song, but maybe they saw us coming so they said: "welcome
you" and then some dingos were playing. Students fed the
small lambs milk.
Angus cooked the BBQ, he
was a good cook. We ate a delicious lunch. After lunch, we played
games. It was very exciting. Today we had a enjoyable day!

1st Prize
My classmates, 9a class and teachers traveled to Bimbimbie Nature
Park, and we went to a supermarket before and bought a lot of
food and some fruits, and then we got in the bus and sang a birthday
song for Antony.
He looked happy. After that, we arrived at Bimbimbie Nature Park
and we saw a lot of different animals.
The Wombat was running very fast and it was very cute.
The lamb was looking very cute, but it was dirty.
We trod on many animal droppings, and we were surprised. Then
we enjoyed a BBQ and we ate a lot of meat and we became fat.

It
was the first time I had ridden on a horse. I was quite scared
of it because the horse was much bigger and taller than what I
had imagined. Controlling the horse was easy but whenever I pulled
the reigns to turn, I was afraid it would be angry and I said
I'm sorry. Therefore at first I was always nervous but when I
kicked and the horse ran such a feeling blew away and it was fantastic
so I went there again. The second time was better than before.
I was familiar with the horse and I felt I was really controlling
it by myself. I want to go there again it I have chance but I
hope it will also be familiar with HIPACHE next time.
