This site gives a great deal of reference support about how to write an essay.
It helps you to understand the basic structures that you will see in the academic

Listening
The ESL-LAB online language labratory. Although this uses American English it
is a huge and well organised resource of audio files with multiple choice and
fill in the gap tasks. It has material for every level.

Reading
The California Distance Learning Project is also from the USA and uses articles
from CNN for a wide range of vocabulary and comprehension exercises. Again,
it is a very large resource and the exercises recycle new vocabulary items.
Most of the exercises have audio or even movie files as well. Most of the material
is suitable for intermediate and above.

Exam
Flo-Joe is an English site devoted to the Cambridge general English exams (FCE,
CAE and PCE). It is full of advice for students and teachers. It includes model
answers and a wide variety of interactive exercises. It is frequently updated.
